What’s inside
Three sections, one preparation
Mapped one-to-one to the official IPMAT Indore paper structure. Rohtak readers see the same content with cross-references to that paper’s section labels.
Section I
QA (SA)
11 chapters — Higher Mathematics: trigonometry, matrices, functions, coordinate geometry, vectors, calculus.
Indore only · No negative marking
Section II
QA (MCQ)
14 chapters — Number systems, arithmetic, percentages, ratios, P&C, probability, set theory, geometry, DI.
Only QA section in IPMAT Rohtak
Section III
Verbal Ability
11 + 19 chapters — Vocabulary, grammar, RC, parajumbles, plus all critical, syllogistic, inferential, and analytical reasoning.
Split as English + LR in Rohtak
Exam pattern
Two papers, head to head
The Indore-only edge
IPMAT Indore is the only paper with a Short-Answer (SA) section and the only paper that tests higher mathematics. If Indore is your target, those are the two skills no other entrance exam will train for you. Start them early.
Prep roadmap
How to use this book
Foundations
Read each chapter top-to-bottom and work every solved example by hand. Skip nothing in QA basics — speed is built on fluency, not shortcuts.
Drill
Move to timed topic exercises. Log accuracy and time-per-question. For Indore aspirants, do 3 SA questions/day from week one.
Mocks
Take full-length pattern-matched mocks twice a week. Maintain a mistake log (concept · trap · timing). Re-solve wrong/skipped within 48 hours.
Sprint
Last week: protect strengths, plug last-mile gaps, simulate exam time slots. Taper volume in final 3–4 days. Sleep well.
Accuracy before attempts
Always clear each section’s cut-off floor first. Only then push for higher overall scores. Negative marking punishes guesses — eliminate to ≥ 50% before attempting.
